ePortfolio – Creating your very own promotional site

This forms part of your 20% for your LPD module, which incorporates your Cover Letter(5%) and Resume(5%).

Steps to design your ePortfolio:

1.      Go to www.wix.com and sign up with your email and password.

2.      Choose a template. Choose under: Templates – All; Category – Portfolios. Unless you want to pay for it, if not, choose under free category.

3.      Once you have chosen a template, click edit and create your own ePortfolio.

4.      You can see my basic sample at http://www.wix.com/ernestlimite/ernestsampleeportfolio for ideas. Do google other sites for more ideas too.

5.      Basic things to include: Home, About (tell me interesting things about you that is relevant to your future work), Resume (import your earlier work done into here), School Work (your work reports, transcripts, papers written, etc), Contact tabs.

6.      Have fun. And ask if you need help. Don’t give up easily.
